YOUNG MAN'S DEATH.
Deep sympathy with Mr and Mrs R. Cross and family is being felt by Geraldine people in loss they have sustained, through the death of their son, Standerton Robert Cross, who died at Timaru Hospital on Saturday last. Deceased, who was 20 years of age, was a member of the Geraldine Brass Band, who attended in uniform" at his funeral, .which took place "on Monday afternoon. Numerous floral tributes were sent and the r-ortege was followed ; to the cemetery by a large number of sympathisers. The Rev. J. Feathorston conducted the service tit tho grave.
