Messrs Charles Balme and Co.'s annual review of Ihe wool trade states that it is probable that during 1922 the consumption of wool in this country will expand. Already there are .some evidences of improving trade, which should to a distinct revival of exports of woollen goods. Tlie outlook is by no iin-ans unfavourable. provided that the political situation on the Continent improves and that foreign exchaiiaes become more stable.
