Mr E. H. Brewer, who is now living in Dunedin, is at present on a visit to Temuka renewing acquaintance with old friends. The Rev A. H. Norris, Mrs Norris, and family left Temuka yesterday to spend a holiday of three weeks at 85 Page's Road, Christcburch: During Mr Norris's absence, the Rev. Canon Coates will officiate in f hf parish. l Princess Mary received from Lord Ampthill, Pro Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of Freemasons, a resolution adopted by that body requesting her acceptance of a wedding gift, the choice of which is left to her Royal Highness. The Princess replied, appreciating the kindness of the Freemasons. She will/ later signify her pleasure as to the form the gift shall la"ke.
