AN ICEBERG PATROL. U.S. REVENUE CUTTER TO SEND DAILY WARNINGS. In accordance with the action taken by the International Conference on safety at sea, tho revenue cutter Sineca left Now York a month ago for five months patrol duty in the chilly waters of tho North Atlantic ico fields. The Seneca has received instructions to fiend warning of ice perils to every vessel within radio distance. At 9 p.m. daily a message .-will bo sent to the branch hydrographic office in New York city defining the ice danger zone and its southern limits. Thus tho neighbourhood of the Titanic's grave will become a clearinghouse for marine information.
