Mr Edgar suggested that iu the wool classing competitions four certificates should bo given—two Firsts and two seconds. He offered to give the cerlilkales himself, they to bo signed by the president and secretary of the Association.—'Mr Edgar was thanked and his suggestion adopted. The .Secretary explained thatfiiour tenders had been received for laying on the water to tho show and the work was nearly blushed. ’Fenders had also been accepted for three troughs. Applications for space for the "ocean wave,” weight-lilting, houp-la and picture machines, tea display, etc., were received, and the secretary ajutd he had replied. Mr W, Lane (Dunedin), Rev. Fatle-r Fay (Tcmuka), Mr L. Parkinson (Waihao Downs), Mr J Browa (Tcmuka), Mr J. T. Lamb (Sutherlands), and Mr G. E. Knowles (Timaru) were elected members of the Association. Alessrs M. Shewan, i J . Watson, W. Stewart, J. Scanned, and P. Thomson resigned their positions as members of the Association.
