CRICKET.
On Thursday the opening match of the Temuk a Club will be played in A'ietoria Park between teams chosen by the captain and rice-president. Play will commence at 2.15 sharp. The following is the captain's team :—Bradmore, Dunn, Marshall, Feilden, VTwomey. L'ulleine, Carew, Acheson, Ivrnir, McKellar, L. Twomey, C. Aspinall, Keys, Carl, Elder, Whitehead, and •). Henry. Vice-captain's team—Keen. Itarfjao-e, Eeeves, Cox, Crawshaw, 'Tenuis. Pedder, Cantrell. Ilolwell, Elkis. Hell, Gilmour, Taylor, 31. Mcl.eod, AHken. Pull en, and Allan Brown. Anyone who wishes to join the club, and his name has been omitted from the above is invited to join in the uyunie.
