A sitting of the Supreme Court, at which His" Honour Mr Justice Denniston will preside, will be he Id in Timaru on Tuesday next, lhe folldwcriminal cases will be tried :—J*ex y. Thomas and Henry Cox (Mr J. Emslie robbery with violence ; Rex v. J ames, Aeneas' and Donald Chisholin (Mr J. EmslieV, aggravated assault. Mr J. W. White, Crown Prosecutor, will conduct the prosecution. William Thomas Thomson, who pleaded guilty in the lower Court, will come up for sentence on a charge of forgery and uttering.
