He indicated that legislation providing for the abolition of imprisonment for breaches of the Arbitration Act would Ix) introduced, nnd that provision would bo mado for giving all sections of tho ooinmutiity, including the farm labourers, an opportunity of coming under the soopo of tho Arbitration Act. The Minister was accorded a roto of th a nks and confidence, and a vote of confidemoo in tho Ministry was also passed. Tho Prime Minister also spoke, making* special roferenco to tho desire of tho Government to promote the objects that were in the interests of the people os a whole, and to rntroduco legislation to provide that by fair and proper methods members should represent the majority of their constituents.
