I BERLIN, November 1. 1 The Berliner Tageblatt states that Prince Eiilenburg intends to settle in Egypt. The Franklurter Zeitung states that tho public prosecutor, acting on ,an anonymous denunciation, is instituting proceedings agalntt Prince Philip Eiilenburg and three former high military officers, for offences against paragraph 175 of the Penal Code. November 2. Tho public Prosecutor has carried the Moltke case to tho Langerich, for retrial before three or fivo judges. The Public prosecutor will represent Count Moltkefpnterests, and conduct the case, whif&pount Moltke himself will appear aspfa;..'co-prosec'utor, with the advantago, of being able to testify on oath. not on oath during the recent trial.
