Mr R. R. Martin, Organising Secretary of the New Zealand Reform League, arrived in Temuka last Saturday and intends remaining in the district for a couple of weeks or so. The Reform League is identical with the Opposition, and its object is to forward the Opposition’s political interests. On next Friday evening Mr Martin will address!n meeting in the Parish Hall, with the view of organising a local branch of the league, when no doubt hoi will fully explain the objects of his visit.
