Subject to any necessary’ alterations mails will close at the lemuka Post Office as under: — For Northern Ports of New Zealand every evening l , at 5 o.m. For the United Kingdom, Continent of Europe (specially addressed via Brindisi). India, China. South Africa, Australian Colonies, via Bluff, on Saturday, Dec. 28th, 1,55 pm. Due in London Feb. Uth. On Wednesday next, January Ist, prox., the Post and Telegraph Office will be closed in all branches, and mails usually despatched on Wednesday will be closed at 8 p.m. on the previous evening. A counter delivery of correspondence will be made from 7 to 8 o’clock on the 31st inst. k'. f. Wdi'jJE. Postmaster
