WE have been favoured with instructions from Mr William Middlemias to sell by public auction, at hia homestead, close to W oddbury, on the above date— LAND. R.S. No. 154G0, comprising 95 acres (more or leas), situated on Geraldine and Woodbury roads, and subdivided into 8 paddocks, securely fenced and well watered; of the property 22 acres is sown with Dun oats, 21 ditte ready for sowing, 2 ditto in turnips, balance in English grass; together with 5-ronmed dwelling-house, stables, sheds, and other improvements thereon.
