Geraldine, Tuesday, May 21st , 1901. [Before Messrs H. W. Moore and F. W. Stubbs, J P.’s ] drunkenness. Adam : teveuson, who pleaded guilty to a char.'O of drunkenness at Geraldine, was fined ss, :n default 24 hours’ imprisonment. Constable ISiullany stated that he arrested the man at 2 a.m. on Sunday, and ha had .since been balled out. CIVIL CASES. E. H. Logan -v. Arthur Hill, claim £L 19a Bd, goods supplied. The plaintiff stated that he suppi ed the goods out of charity when the defendant was unable to get goods elsewhere, and dMndant was now able to pay. Jnigavmt was given by default for plaintiff f r amount claimed with costa. A. J Dunn v. s rnc, claim £l. Ist. Judgment for plain till' by default for amount claimed with costs. The Court thou rose.
