PURSUANT to an order of His Honor Edward Denuiatouu, Esquire, Judge of this Court, made on the 3rd day of November, 1896, creditors of the abovenamed Michael O’Brien, who died on the 9th day of September, ISfffi, at Temuka, and others arc required to deliver or send by post to Mr Michael Quinn, of Tomuka, farmer, the executor of the will of the said Michael O’ Brien,deceased,particulars of their claims and statements of their accounts, within four weeks from the cate of this advertisement. And notice is hereby given that at the expiration of such time the said executor will bo at liberty to distribute the assets of the said deceased amongst the parties entitled thereto, having regard to the claims of which he has then notice, and will not be liable for the assets or any part thereof so distributed to any person of whose claim ho shall not have had notice at the time of such distribution.
