Sydney, May 8. Miss Nunnery has won all her events so far, with the exception of the ladies' doubles. She beat Miss Shaw, the New South Wales champion, in the ladies' singles handicap by 2to love. The New Zealander meets this lady again to morrow, when she will endeavor to wrest the position of lady champion of New South Wales from her, as well as secure the valuable silver challenge shield. Iu the mixed doubles, Parker aud Miss Nunnely beat Dewhurst aud Miss Dranßfield by 2to love. The other New Zealaud players are now all knocked out of the tournament. May 10. N Miss Nunnely, of Wellington, New Zealand, beat MiasFeein the ladies' single haudicap by two to one, and also Miss Shaw in the open singles by two to love. In the intercolonial doubles, Colquhoun and Miss Shaw beat Parker Miss Nuuuoly by two to one. In the intercolonial doubles the dashing play of the New Zealandera was applauded, especially that of Misa Nunnely, who at times electrified the spectators with her brilliant strokes Although tho visitors got away with the Btart the local pair rapidly gained on them. An analysis of the sets shows that New South Wales won 16 games and New Zealand 15. In the last set 12 games were played before tho victory was gained.
