Special Settlement. A ballot for Crown Lands in the North Island was held at the Christchurch land office on Tuesday when 27 allotments of 200 acres acres each were ballotted to members of the Christchurch Special Settlements Association. The land is situate in the Putekoi block, 30 fa ilea South, of Pabiatua.
