Berlin, Sept. 28. The death rate per day in Hamburg has fallen to oG. Sept. 29. The number of deaths recorded in Hamburg yesterday was 03. The new treatment, by which prespiration is produced, is reported to have been very effective in staying fatal results. Paris, Sept. 28. There is a slight increase in the number of deaths in the city from cholera. Sept. 29. Cholera is decreasing in Boulogne. Brussels, Sept. 29. Cholera has reached Ghent, the capital of Flanders.
