London, Sept. 7. It is reported that England increases the Mediterranean fleet.

The Standard in referring to the Eastern difficulty, declares that England is able to safeguard her individual interests, and advises that additional troops should be despatched to Egypt and suggests that the Great Powers ought to insist on equal rights with regard to the Dardanelles. The Daily Chronicle’s correspondent at Rome says the Italian Government has instructed its ambassador at Constantinople to support England. It is reported that arrangements are being made at Warsaw to manoeuvre 150,000 troops. The St. Petersburg Press is jubilant at the Russian trimuph over the Triple Alliance, and insists on the necessity of ending the Bulgarian quarrel by force if necessary. Paris, Sept. 7. The Russian Government has arranged to hold a National Exhibition in Paris next year on the lines of the recent French Exhibition at Moscow. Sept 8, The Credit Lyonnaise will in October offer a Russian Three per cent. Loan of twenty million sterling at 84. Sofia, Sept. 7. The Bulgarians are alarmed at the demand of the Russian Press for intervention in Bulgaria by force. Half a million soldiers are quartered on the Polish and Western frontiers of Russia.
