ENGLISH AND FOREIGN MARKETS London, Sept. 3. New Zealand 4 per cent, inscribed stpek is firm at 104 f ; 3J per cent, do is quiet is 94J. , New Zealand long-berried wheat is firm at 45s 6d. Canterbury mutton, 4d per lb ; lamb, s£d; Wellington mutton, 3§d; beef, hindquarters, 4sd. New Zealand hemp is declining; Fair medium is quoted at £2l 10s per ton. South Australian wheat is steady at 45s 6d; Victorian is firm at 455. Sept. 5. Shaw, Savill and Co. have declared a dividend of 5 per cent. The estimated American visible supply of wheat is 25,056,000 bushels. The quantity of wheat afloat for the Continent is considerably lower. The Antwerp wool sales closed flat. Eight thousand bales of Australian wool sold at from |d to f d per lb below the prices realised at the close of last wool series in London,
