THE PUMKINGRAPH.
XO THE EDITOR. Sir, — I waa very much surprised at the error you made re pnmkingraph of { Bad ham and Sons in this morning’s paper. Allow me to inform you that the junior members of the firm are intended to represent his official bobs on the staff of the Bulmer Boozer. I think, Sir, that you should have known them,,) as they are full cousins to the yeung fellow on your staff—-I mean the one who had his shirt stolen, and had to come bo work minus that useful garment. Please apologise for yonr want of perspicuity. GKL. Temuka, I’eb. 21, 1891. [Of coursei it is plain enough when one thinks of it. We do apologise, and promise! to do a little brainwashing in the hope of being able to see more clearly these beautiful touches of humor in future.—E» ]
