London, Dec. 14. The difficulty with the Portuguese as regards the Zambesi has laden a more serious turn. Vice-Admiral J, J, Dandrada Pinto, the Commander of the Portuguese Navy, has attacked the Makololo, who hold a territory traversed by the Zambesi river.
