ENGLISH MARKETS.
London, Nov. 28. New Zealand hemp is quoted at £29 5s to £29 10s. Tallow, medium mutton, 255; beef, 28s 6d. Money is declining, owing to expected large arrivals of gold. Three months bills are quoted in the open market at 4 per cent. The English wheat market is firmer ; the Continental market is unchanged ; the American is steady. New Zealand flour (patent) ex store, averages 24s 6d.
