The Mining Act Amendment Bill was committee on a division, by 47 to 10, and after a debate passed Without amendment, and was reported and r«ad a third time. The Native Lands Frauds Prevention Act Amendment Bill, the Maori Real Estate Management 8.11, the Native L nd Court Act Amendment Bill, the Middle Islmd Halfcaete Grants) Bil, Regulations of Local Elections Act Am-nduient, Volunteer Diillshed and Lands, State Foreets Act Amendment, EHesmore Lake Ltnds, and Puhoi Settlers Bill were read a second time.
