It is stated that the Russian troops are advancing on the Turkish and Asiatic frontier, and that a Russian agent is endeavoring to create trouble in Bosnia and Herzegovinia. It is reported that General liirnott will proceed to Bulgaria to make inquiries and report as to the wishes and requirements of the populace.
A serious collision has occurred between Iho Turks, Greeks, and Servians at Monaster.

In consequence of serious conflicts having arisen in Macedonia bstween the Turks and the Greeks, the Sultan has ordered strong reinforcements to be sent there.
