The massing of large bodies of troops in Galicia still continues, and much sickness prevails amongst them, Madrid, Jan. 20.
The Dowager Queen Isabella has been ordered to quit Spain, owing to the discovery of a plot which had for its object her appointment as Regent. Vienna, Jan. 19. The recent utterances of the Czar are distrusted here.

It is thought that the miseries which the Russian troops are undergoing in Poland will hasten the decision for either war or peace, -
