London, Feb, 8. At the colonial wool sales to-day 14.000 bales were offered. The market is quieter. Feb. 9. At today’s wool sale the bidding WA? irregular. The catalogue comprised 182.000 bales. The Nqw Zealand Loan aid Mercantile Agency Company (Limited) have received the following cablegram from London, dated Bth Feb., 1887 I Wop.l—rßince the date of our last telegram (Ist : instant) scoured has declined |d to Id per lb; other descriptions are unchanged. There is much irregularity in the bidding. Up to date 126,000 bales have been sold. ,■
