MR GLADSTONE AND LORD RANDOLPH CHURCHILL.
London, Jan. 16. A letter of Lord Randolph Churchill is published in which he insists on the necessity of economy in the public expenses, and expressed bis willingness to co-operate with any party in effecting this. Mr Gladstone has written, expressing bis approval of Lord Randolph Ghnrcbill’s letter, and highly commends bis intention to enforce economy.
