papers at 1150 a.m. Late fee letters at tbe Bailwsy Travelling Post-Office Mail Tan (Northern Express Train) till the departure of train. NOTICE— Tuesday, the 9th November, Prince of Wales’ Birthday, will be observed as a close holiday. Mails usually despatched on Tuesdsy will be closed on Monday at 8 p.m,
