It is reported that fighting has occurred at Kustinji, a seaport town of Roumania on Black Sea, between a party of Bulgaiian loyalists and a regiment of Roumanians and tha' numerous casualties resulted on both sides. Constantinople, Sept. 2. Intelligence to hand from Sofia states that M. Kamavoloff, the new Bu 1 - garian Premier, baying been proved guilty of complicity with M. Zankoff in the arrest and deposition of Prince Alexander, has been imprisoned. Prince Alexander has arrived at Phllipopolis from lirnova, and-on hearing of the
arrest of Karanvoloff, immkdiaUlj ordered bis release, as well as I that of Zankoff, who was previously in dustody. St. Petersburg, Sept. 2. Prince Alexander of Bulgaria has forwarded a communication to His Majesty the Czar, assuring him of his gratitude and devotion, and expressing bis readiness to resign if such ni stop is considered necessary. His Majesty, in reply, informed Prince Alexander that he does not approve of I'is action in leturning to Bulgaria, forseeingl that n complete rupture in the Balkan iPenin snla is likely to ensue iherefrom. The Czar added Russia declined to interfere while Prince Alexander remained in Bulgaria. In conclusion, His Majesty announces in dealing with the question that be will judge what Russian in tercets and the peace of EasterhtEurope r. quire. !
