Sydney, Aug. 27. New Z.’ ;lnnd wheat, 4s 4d per bushel ; New Zealand oars, 2s 6d; maize, par 561bs, 3e3d ; sugar is unchanged ; po laid, la per bushel ; potatoes, 75s per ton. ENGLISH MARKETS. London, Aug. 27. Colonial breadstuff*—Adelaide flour, ex store, per 208 lbs, 25e 61 ; Nkw Zealand wheat, ex store, per 4961b5, 28s to 35s 6d, according to grade. Tallow—-Australian has declined 6d pep cwt. Beef, of fair average quality, la worth 23a 6d per cwt. ; mutton, do 36s ; New Zealand frozen mutton, is slightly lower, viz., 4jd to 4£d per lb being ob'ained in the Sheffield market. Leather—Best Australian, lOd per lb, a decline of three farthings. Toe total quantity of wheat afloat for the United Kingdom is 1,820,000 quarters, or 60,000 quarters more than last veek. August 28. Monday’s advance, of 6d in barley has been maintained. Australian wheat, «x warehouse, is quoted at 36s ; ex ship, 35s ; New Zealand shipments from 32s to 36b. The wool market is firm, and the late advances are fully maintained.
