London, Aug. 25. The debate on the Address in-Reply was resumed in the House of Commons to-day, when ‘Mr Parnell proposed an amendment requiring tbe suspension of evictions in Irelond during Ihe winter months. In his speech, be warned the Government that its po'icy would lead to disorder, and ultimately to the necessity for coercion in Ireland, Mr Glad-stone-criticised the policy of tbe:Govcniment, which he characterised as a riila- ■ fory and;a futile one. -Thedebate,stands adjourned. Mr D. R. Plunkett, President of the Lopal Government Board, in. the course of a speech, announced that Govern nient would develope Lord Ashborne’s Act. The Gladstone Act was totnllly inadequate to meet the wauls of La land, and nothing hut complete autonomy would, in his opinion, pacify that country. .
