Any Person may appoint the Public Trustee executor and trustee under bis will or codioil. A’ y present trustee m#y transfer the management of trust property to the Public Trustee, who will thereupon hold such property upon the original trust attaching thereto. : Anypf-rson, company, assoeiation or public body within or without the colony, may place any property belonging to them in charge of the Public Trustee upon trust for such uses as may be defined in the dead creating the trust.
