Great complaints have been made about the color of the new receiving forms used by the Telegraph Department, which at night time are exceedingly trying to the eyes. It appears that the color originally ordered was French grey with a pink tint, but red were supplied in mistake. The chief office expect to obtain the proper forms in two months’ time.
