Several Bills were introduced. Mr Stout moved the secoud reading of Alienating of Land Aill, to enable trustees and administrators to dispose of land. A lengthy discussion ensued, after which the BUI waß read a second time on the voices. The House rose at" 4.30 p.m., and met again at 7.30 p.m. A message was received form tha Governor enclosing the estimates for the year. In Committee of Supply, S!r Julius Vogel made hia financial statement, after which the House at once adjourned at 915 pm ' ____
