The Autumn mseting of the Waimate Racing Club was held on St. Patrick’s Day. The weather waa unpleasant, the course heavy, and tbe attendance small. The following are the result*;—
Handicap Hurdles ; distance 2 miles, over 8 flights of hurdles—Borderman, 1; Fishhook, 2. Dividend—£l 12s. St. Patrick’s Handicap ; of 40 sovs; 1£ miles—Quibble, 1; J;ick, 2. Dividend —£1 6«.
Time Trot, of 15 eova ; three time* round the course (about 3 miles) ; weight not under 10it—Mr Monzie’e Silver Bell, (scratch), 1 ; Mr Thomas’ Idle Girl, (20 sec), 2; Mr Lefevre’s Maggie, (25 secs), 3.
