A conference, composed of Ambas sadors from the various Powers represented at the Porte, wi'J be held, lu re shortly, its deliberations being restricted to the consideration of the Roumeliun question.

The negotiations which have, be'n proceeding at Bucharest have at length ended in the signature of a treaty of peace between Bulgaria and S,ervia. The treaty consists only of a sing'e article simply declaring the restoration of peace between the two countries.
