THE RANGER QUESTION
TO THE EEITOR. Sir, —With your permission I should like to oak, through the medium of your columns, whether, in the event of a ranger being appointed, he could impound a runholder’s sheep from a road that is fenced on both sides? —I am, etc., Farmer. Geraldine, March 3rd, 1886.
