London, Nov. 1L Tlie anticipation that the a.s. Indus would float into deep water after the removal of some of her cargo, has not been realised. Reuter’s telegrams have been published attributing the Parliamentary deadlock in Queensland to the influence of Victoria. The report has caused considerable sensation.
