In the matter of “The Debtors and Creditors Act, 1876,” and of the Acts amending the same, and of a Deed of Arrangement made between Feancis Franks, of Temuka, brewer, of the first part, and the several persons and firms who are creditors of the said Francis Franks of the vecond part.
