Change Seen in Turkish Policy
Rec. 8.10 p.m. London, Mar. 20. Mr. Saracoglu's speech on Wednesday means that Turkey has again assumed a non-belligerent attitude as opposed to her natural attitude hitherto, say political circles. The Times Ankara correspondent says that before the RussianGerman war the Turks were nonbelligerent but subsequently they announced they were neutral. Now the policy has again changed. The main reason, according to political writers. is the recent meeting of Mr. Churchill and General Inounu at Adana.
