MUSIC TEACHERS' WORK

The junior branch of the New Plymouth Music Teachers' Association has, after a lapse of two years, formed up again, and the members held a meeting recently. Performers in the first group vvere Colin Way and Rcginald Lynch. The second group programme was: Piano solos, Misses M. Fairey: duets, Miss Dowling and Miss Z. Duffield; John Pybn's rnusical anecdotes. Tlie third group programme was: Piano sclos, Miss W. Hughson; songs, Misses F. Horner, T. McLean, R. Wilson; vocal duets, Misses Wilson and Horner and Misses W. and L. Hughson; violin solo, Mis; W. Bent and A. Duxfield; 'cello solo, Miss W. Hughson. The accompanists were Miss Hughson, Miss W. Hughson and Miss M. - Fairey.
