WEAKNESS AT SYDNEY
Ptec. 9.10 p.m. Sydney, Dec. 1. Weakness developed on the Stock Exchange to-day as a result of the disturbed international situation. Local ir.vestors showed caution, but selling piessure was absent. Saies were: Bank of New South Wales, £26 17s; Colonial Sugar, £48 7s 6d; Australian Gas A., £b 17s; Morts Dock, 17s; Felt and Textiies, £35 10s; Papers, 25s 3d; Mauri Brothers, 68s; Electrolytic Zinc, 56s 3d; ditto (pref.), 57s 6d; Mount Morgan, 9s ld; Mount Lyell, 27s 9d; North Broken Hill, 44s 6d; South Broken Hill, 27s; Austral. New Zealand gold, 25s. Melbourne saies included: Associated News, 15s 6d; Coles, 70s 9d; Woolworths, 22s; Dunlop Ferdriau, 18s 2d; Consolidated Industries, 36s 4d; ditto (cont.), 14s; Mount Morgan, 9s 3d.
