JUGGLING MADE EASY

JUGGLING WITH A BALL The best kind of ball for this is a solid rubber one rather smaller than a tennis ball. For the first juggle. hold the ball between the two first fingers. Now move the fingers round each other with the kind of movement you use for twiddling your thumbs (if you do twiddle your thumbs!). The ball will roll round and round between the fingers. This looks very difficult. but is quite easy. The second juggle is a development of the first. This time you hold the ball against the back of one hand with the palm of the other. Keep both hands flat and straiaht. and revolve them round each other. The ball will roll over and over round vour hands. This, too, looks difficult. but is quite simple. The third is a juggle with two balls. Hold them between your hands, press them together, and holding the wrists close together gradually bring your hands together. The action h something like closing a hook. Do it slowly and steadilv and the balls will climb up your fineers, keeping side by side all the way. This, too, is fairly easy, but you will need to practise to do it i-eally well.
