YUGOSLAVIA AND NAZIS Budapest, Sept. 14. It Is reliably stated that the Germans have stopped a consignment of aeroplanes to Yugoslavia at the frontier as a result of Yugoslavia's refusal to transport wheat to Germany until Germany returns 400 rall trucks and 100 river barges.. She declined a German suggestion to dump shipments on the border to enable transfer to German freight cars.
