Smaller Decline. ■ There was a further, but substantially smaller, decline in the sterling exchange holdings of the Reserve Bank during the V/eek. The decline amounted to £200,836, the total sterling assets now being £4,828,301. Withdrawal of Capital. Serious concem over the withdrawal of capital from New Zealand was expressed in a statement by the council of the New Zealand Manufacturers' Federations, which explained its attitude to excessive importations. 4
