INGLEWOOD

Mrs. Gordon HUI, who has been spending a holiday at Inglewood with her sister, Mrs. L. Nodder, returned to her home at Levin on Wednesday. Mrs. H. J. Gray was a recent afternoon tea hostess. Mrs. H. Miss Joyce Horner, who has been spenaing a holiday at Inglewood with Mrs. A. Horner, spent last week-end at Waitomo. Miss Horner has now left on her retum to Dunedin. Mrs. T. G. Wood was a "Lexicon" hostesg on Wednesday evening, Miss Mounsey, New Plymouth, was a recent visitor. to Inglewood and was the guest of Mrs. F, Webb. Mrs. V. R, Renai returned on Wednesday from a holiday at Wellington. Miss June Farquhar has left for Auckland, where she will attend the teachers' training college.
