"Barlequin," Onaero: It must have been fun betog to that Brownie piay, the Hut people think, and they are sure you still must love betog a Brownie. "Jumping Joe," Huiroa: That is good news about your exammations being over, and better still that you have passed! Billiktos will "be glad when he can hear whether he has passed or not. ' "Paulownia," Eltham: The Hut people thought jt was very good of you to make that toy for the competition. It is sitttog up to the cupboard now with the other toys and Billiktos says it looks as though it is just ready to play some trickt "Rufus," Inglewood: Yes; the toys to ihe Sunshine Cupboard are all sent away at Christmas so that they can carry sunshine to other homes. We have a grand oollections of toys waiting in the cupboard now. "Stobad," Inglewood: What a gay looking letter this week with all that holly roxmd the edges! It makes you feel that Christmas is even nearer than it really is, the Hut people say. "Easter Lily," New Plymouth: The Twins eay they are going to watch the moxmtato to-day to see if they can see you up there. They are sure you are going to have a very jolly time. May Allan, Frankley Road: Of . course you may join our. Hut Club, May, ahd we all bid you a merry welcome, Tinker Bell is sending you an enrolment card with your name on it. "Mercury," Hawera: Yes; your competition toy arrived quite safely at ihe Hut. It was the higgest parcel to the whole competition so there was great excitement aroongst the Hut people watchtog itv being unwrapped. "'Annabella," Pihama: The people at the Hut all like your piece of poetry about the spring but as it has already been on our page I am afraid it cannot be used again. "Gllbert Valley," Mount Messenger: It was tdo bad of that eel to pull the Itoe right into the water, wasn't it? I wonder what he will do with it down there. "Grandma's Boy," Huiroa: When the apple and ihe bag of sweets airived I suppose you felt it was not quite so bad having missed the party after all. Did it take long for you to eat them up? "Poppy Ptak," Ngaere: Yes; we are all looktog forward- to Christmas at ihe Hut and we have not much longer to wait now, have we? Have you written to Father Christmas yet to tell him what you want to your stocktog? "Tulip," Huiroa: No; we have not had your riddle before so we aie glad to have it for our page to-day. It would be a good one to remember at examination times, Billikins thinks. "Marama," Auroa: We were sorry to hear that you had had to stay to bed, Ttok, for ihe days have beeh too good for that just lately, haven't they? There is a srurprise for. you on this page today.' Perhaps you will be able to think of another one that you would like tostead. "Fairy Glade," .Westown: Yes; there are plenty of flowers out to the Hut garden now— roses, stock, nemesia, Canterbury bells, delphiniums and verbena. Yoxir garden sounds beaufifully gay also. "Fifi," Stratford: Yes, the people at the Hut love to watch the Sunshine Cupboard filling up with toys. Sometimes they have "pretendy" games and tell one another which of'the toys are going to be for them. "Yeliow Lupto," Fitzroy: We were eager to hear all your news this week, Ttok, /for it was a long time since we had heard from you before. What a lovely time you must have had at the party.

The Hut people will be disappototed if they are not ready, for they keep telltog one another of the lovely dinner they are going to have. "Lilac," Mount Messenger: Yes; the Hut people went for a swim that day and had a grand time. Baby Margaret nearly lost her rubber duck, though, for a funny little puppy started to run off with it. "Wotan," Huiroa: What a jolly tane you all must have had at that party. The Hut people know how to play that bobbing down game so they know what fun it must have been. , "Peter Pan," Mount Messenger: And now it is your turn to have your name to the Many Happy Returns corner, Tink. We have heard all about Jimmy's birthday so next week we shall want to hear about yours.
