DIPHTHERIA OUTBREAK NEW PLYMOUTH HOSPITAL A rnild outbreak of diphtheria has occurred at the New Plymouth Public Hospital, with the result that both children's wards have been closed for a while and no visitors are allowed. Two new diphtheria carriers had been discovered among the children, said Dr. G. F. Rich, medical superintendent of the hospital, last night.
