(To the Editor.) Sir,— My experience of infiuenza might •be helpful at a timo when it is fairlsR widespread." One night it attacked ime and as-I was going to bed I took three aspirins. ; At : 3- a.m. I was shiyering andtook another aspirin. At 5 a.m. I took another aspirin and at S a.m. one more. Food was abhorrent. I put ori all . myclothes to keep warm (the cause of so many infiuenza patients getting prieumonia.is that they do.-npt keep warm). I. even prit on my iiressing gown on top of all my clotlies in bed. If I take tlie attack in time in this* t manner two days iri hed sees the fttack;. over, but if I try to fight it* out— well two years ago I* was in hospital fpr- 16days and last year had to be off work for five weeks through trying to do that. Now I go to -bed the moment I.feel ilJ.;. — I am. etc-
