Rugby, June 16.

The fastest locomotive in the British Empire was named "Dominion of Canada" by Mr. Vincent Massey. High Commissioner for Canada, at King's Cross. It is the first of five engines which will, beginning on July 5, draw the Coronation expresses between London and Edlnburgh in six hours.
